USAGE: For healthy and white teeth, apply a sufficient amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush all tooth surfaces with circular motions. Rinse thoroughly with water after brushing.

WARNINGS: Do not use more than three times daily. Avoid swallowing; spit out after brushing. Discontinue use if irritation or allergic reactions occur.
